2. Service description

MrChart is an online platform that provides analytical tools and educational information about the U.S. market. Services include: stock analysis, cryptocurrency tracking, market data, tracking tools, and smart chat. The platform does not provide investment advice or buy/sell recommendations.

3. Accounts

To use the platform you need to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Users must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Permitted use

You may use the platform for personal and educational purposes only. The following are prohibited: commercial redistribution of data, attempts to hack or gain unauthorized access, use of automated tools to scrape data, or any use that violates applicable law.

5. Subscriptions & payment

MrChart offers a Free plan and a Premium plan, billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on the MrChart pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Premium can be purchased by card on the Subscriptions page or activated with an activation code issued by the MrChart team; a card purchase activates as soon as the payment is confirmed, each code grants a fixed duration set when it is issued, and both stack on top of an active subscription. Premium does not renew automatically unless you turn on automatic renewal at checkout, where that option is offered; you can turn it off at any time, and access then ends on the expiry date with all user data preserved. Refunds on card payments and activation codes are governed by the Exchange & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, designs, code, and trademarks on the platform are owned by or licensed to MrChart. No part of the platform may be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The platform provides educational information and analytical tools only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. See the Risk Disclosure page for more details.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
