By using the MrChart platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
MrChart is an online platform that provides analytical tools and educational information about the US market. Services include: stock analysis, cryptocurrency tracking, market data, tracking tools, and smart chat. The platform does not provide investment advice or buy/sell recommendations.
To use the platform you need to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Users must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may use the platform for personal and educational purposes only. The following are prohibited: commercial redistribution of data, attempts to hack or gain unauthorized access, use of automated tools to scrape data, or any use that violates applicable law.
MrChart offers a Free plan and a Premium plan priced at 200 US Dollars per month. Premium is currently activated with activation codes issued by the MrChart team; each code grants a fixed duration set when it is issued, and codes stack on top of an active subscription. Premium does not renew automatically: access ends on its expiry date and the account returns to the Free plan, with all user data preserved. Card payment is not yet available; when it launches, these terms and the refund policy will be updated before activation. Redeemed activation codes are not refundable, as described in the Exchange & Return Policy.
All content, designs, code, and trademarks on the platform are owned by or licensed to MrChart. No part of the platform may be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
The platform provides educational information and analytical tools only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. See the Risk Disclosure page for more details.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
