MrChart sells access to a digital analytics platform. Subscriptions are billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) or US Dollars (USD), whichever you choose at checkout, and access is granted to your account immediately after a successful payment. No physical product is shipped, so there is no physical exchange or return. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and plan changes work instead.
You may request a full refund of your first paid subscription within 7 days of the purchase date, for any reason, without having to justify the request. This applies once per account, to the first paid period only. Renewal charges after that first period are not refundable, and are handled through cancellation instead (see section 5).
Send an email to [email protected] from the address registered on your account, stating the payment date and the plan you purchased. We reply within 2 business days. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we process the request. You do not need to give a reason.
Approved refunds are returned to the original card used for the purchase, in the same currency you were charged. We cannot refund to a different card, a bank transfer, or account credit. Once approved, the amount typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your issuing bank and is outside our control. If your bank converted the charge into another currency, the amount you receive back may differ slightly because of that bank's exchange rate.
Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal. It does not refund the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until that period ends. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, with no cancellation fee. Because paid plans renew automatically, we store your payment method securely with our payment processor. You may remove the saved card from your profile settings at any time, which also stops future renewals.
You can change plans at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately, and the unused value of your current period is credited against the new plan's price. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep the features you already paid for until then. Your subscription renews in the currency you originally chose, so a renewal never reprices you because you switched the site's language. Plan changes are not refunds and do not reset the 7-day refund window.
The following are not eligible for a refund: renewal charges after the first paid period; subscriptions activated with a promotional code, where no payment was made; accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms & Conditions; and requests made more than 7 days after the first purchase. Duplicate charges and billing errors are always corrected in full and are not affected by these limits.
