MrChart sells access to a digital analytics platform. The Free plan is available to every account at no cost. The Premium plan costs 200 US Dollars per month and unlocks the full set of analysis tools and data tables. Because the product is digital access, it is delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned.
Premium is currently activated with an activation code issued by the MrChart team. Each code grants a fixed duration set when it is issued, from short trial codes up to a full year. Codes stack: if you redeem a code while your subscription is still active, its full duration is added on top of your remaining days, and the redemption screen shows your new expiry date before and after.
A redeemed activation code is not refundable, because the access it grants starts immediately and no payment passes through the platform at redemption. If you purchased a code and have not redeemed it, refund requests are handled at the point of purchase where you bought the code. If you believe a code was redeemed on your account in error, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate.
Premium does not renew automatically. Your access simply ends on its expiry date, and your account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted when this happens: your watchlist, settings and history remain, and redeeming a new code restores Premium instantly. There is no cancellation step because there is nothing that charges you on a schedule.
Card payment is not yet available. When it launches, this policy will be updated with the card refund terms before the feature is activated, and the updated policy will apply only to card purchases made after that date.
